Comprehensive Needs Assessment Operational Components for CSI
To assist the district and school in undertaking the Comprehensive Needs Assessment to move from a Targeted Assistance program to a School wide program, the following survey has been developed to help guide the planning team. The administrative team is doing a "needs assessment" to help us in planning.
